摘要
直流母线支撑电容的纹波电流是影响变流器产品寿命的关键因素之一。为了节约能源、扩充容量、优化设计等,工业生产时通常采用多个电机共用一条直流母线的结构。文章分析了变流器直流母线的理想纹波电流的形成机理,研究了共直流母线谐振对电容纹波电流的影响,提出了抑制纹波电流的方法,并通过仿真验证了分析结论的正确性。
Ripple current of support capacitor for DC bus in converter is one of the key factors affecting lifetime of the converters. In industrial processes, in order to save energy, expand capacity, optimize design, multi-motors sharing one DC bus structure is usually used. It analyzed the formation mechanism of ideal ripple current of inverter DC bus, studied the impact of common DC bus resonance on ripple current of capacitor and proposed a method of suppressing ripple current. Simulation results verify the correctness of the method.
