立痔止血膏治疗痔出血效果

Effect of Hemorrhoid Hemostatic Ointment treating hemorrhoid hemorrhage

目的观察立痔止血膏治疗痔出血的临床效果。方法选择广东省中医院2013年3月-2014年3月收治的痔出血患者42例,分为立痔止血膏组（治疗组,21例）和马应龙痔疮膏组（对照组,21例）。观察并比较两组患者用药前、用药3、7 d后的症状评分、疗效。结果治疗7 d后,治疗组肛门坠胀疼痛、痔黏膜充血评分及症状评分总分均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。两组疗效比较,差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。两组均未出现严重不良反应。结论立痔止血膏治疗湿热壅滞型的痔出血患者效果好,见效快,值得推广应用。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Hemorrhoid Hemostatic Ointment on treating hemorrhoid hemorrhage. Methods From March 2013 to March 2014, in Traditional Chinese Medical Hospital of Guangdong Province,42 patients with hemorrhoid hemorrhage were selected and divided into Hemorrhoid Hemostatic Ointment group（treatment group, 21 cases） and Mayinglong Hemorrhoids Ointment（control group, 21 cases）. The results of symptom score and curative effect in both groups were observed and compared before and 3, 7 days after treatment. Results The total symptom scores, anal bulge pain scores, hemorrhoids mucosa congestion scores in treatment group were better than those in control group 7 days after treatment, the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）. The curative effect of two groups were compared, the difference was not statistically significant（P〉0.05）. There was no serious aduerse eveut happend in two groups Conclusion The effect of Hemorrhoid Hemostatic Ointment in treating patientswith damp heat stagnation hemorrhoids syndrome of hemorrhoids bleeding is good, quick effect, it is worthy of popularization and application.
