郑怀贤验方外敷治疗半月板损伤的临床疗效观察

The Clinical Effect Observation on Zheng Huaixian Empirical Formula Treating for Meniscus Injury

目的:观察郑怀贤验方外敷治疗半月板损伤的临床效果。方法:选择2011-2013年攀枝花市第二人民医院收治的半月板损伤患者50例,均采用郑怀贤验方半月板1号外敷药和(或)半月板2号外敷药局部外敷配合中药内服治疗。结果:50例患者中治愈27例,治愈率54%,包括1例Ⅲ度损伤行关节镜部分切除术后2周膝关节仍肿痛者,1例左膝外侧半月板囊肿,1例合并前交叉韧带部分撕裂伤;好转22例,好转率44%;未愈1例,未愈率2%,总有效率98%。结论:郑怀贤验方外敷药治疗半月板损伤临床疗效较好,治愈率高。

Objective To observe curative effect of the Zheng Huaixian empirical formula treating for meniscus injury. Methods From 2011 to 2013,50 cases of patients with meniscus injury was selected and treated with Zheng Huaixian empirical formula meniscus exon 1 and exon 2 combing with herbal internal. Results 27 patients were cured in 50 cases,the cure rate was 54 %,including 1 case of 3 degree injury arthroscopic partial excision 2 weeks after knee still sore left knee,1 case of lateral meniscus cyst,1 case combined with anterior cruciate ligament partial laceration,22 cases improved,improvement rate was 44 %,1 cases were healed,healed rate was 2%,the total effi ciency was 98 %. Conclusion Zheng Huaixian empirical formula treating for meniscus injury has good clinical effect,worthy of promotion.
