摘要
针对传统的医院门诊就医流程存在的问题,分析原因并提出优化措施,包括挂号渠道多样化,分时段就诊,移动在线平台支付诊疗费,"一对一"式导医制,发展一、二级医院及社区门诊医疗服务,培训医务人员,构建和谐就诊环境等方面,为患者提供满意的服务。
Aiming at the problems existed in traditional hospital outpatient process,the paper analyzes the reasons and puts forward optimizing countermeasures,including register channel diversification,sub time slots for treatment,mobile online platform to pay the registration fee, "one to one" medical guiding system,developing medical service of grade one or two hospitals and community clinics,training for medical personnel,constructing the harmonious medical environment,so as to provide satisfactory service for the patients.
