仿生物电疗法用于治疗高危因素人群药物流产后出血的临床观察

CClinical Observation of Imitation Bioelectrical Therapy for Treating High Risk Bleeding Patients After Drug Abortion

目的:探讨仿生物电疗法用于治疗高危因素人群药物流产后出血的应用价值。方法:选取2013年3月-2014年3月中山市板芙医院收治的高危因素人群宫内早孕7周内行药物流产后的患者420例,将其随机分为观察组和对照组,每组210例,对照组采用传统口服药物治疗,观察组采用神经肌肉电刺激治疗仪进行治疗。观察比较两组患者药物流产后子宫收缩、阴道流血量、流血持续时间。结果:观察组阴道流血时间明显短于对照组,阴道流血量也明显少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:仿生物电疗法用于治疗高危因素人群药物流产后出血的治疗,使用安全,具有较好的疗效。

Objective To study the clinical value of imitation bioelectrical therapy for the treatment of high risk bleeding patients after druginduced abortion. Methods 420 cases of patients in our hospital from March 2013 to March 2014 with 7 weeks intrauterine pregnancy after drug abortion, which were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 210 cases in each group. The control group was given traditional oral drug therapy, and the observation group was treated with neuromuscular electrical stimulation therapy apparatus. Uterine contractions, vaginal bleeding volume and bleeding duration were compared for two groups＇ patients after drug abortion. Results Vaginal bleeding time in observation group was obviously shorter than the control group, and the amount of vaginal bleeding was signifi cantly less than the control group, the difference was statistically signifi cant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Imitation bioelectrical therapy for the treatment of high risk bleeding patients after drug-induced abortion is safety and has good curative effect.
