摘要
目的:分析探讨精神疾病患者并发肠梗阻的原因和护理对策。方法:选取2012年4月-2014年9月在佛山市第三人民医院接受治疗的精神疾病并发肠梗阻的患者41例,分析其产生肠梗阻的原因以及需要采取的护理对策。结果:41例患者痊愈出院的有35例,其余需要继续进行精神疾病的治疗。结论:精神疾病患者并发肠梗阻的原因有服用传统抗精神疾病药物,患者自身长期生活懒散、多卧床、性格孤僻以及饮食不当、缺乏运动等。氯氮平是最容易引起肠梗阻的药物。应及时、准确地找到致病原因,并予以针对性护理,进行护理干预。
Objective To study the causes and nursing countermeasures of mental illness patients complicated with intestinal obstruction. Methods 41 patients with mental illness patients complicated with intestinal obstruction were analyzed to fi nd the causes of intestinal obstruction as well as the need to take nursing countermeasures. Results 35 cases recovered from the hospital in 41 cases, the rest need to continue the treatment of mental illness. Conclusion Patients with mental disorders and intestinal obstruction should be found the causes timely, accurate, and given corresponding nursing.
