外源N输入下腐殖质层微生物数量与酶活性的相关性分析

摘要 以大兴安岭西北坡兴安落叶松林地输入外源N的腐殖质为研究对象,分析了外源N的输入下腐殖质层微生物数量及酶活性的相关性。结果表明:输入NH4CI下,细菌数量与蔗糖酶、放线菌数量与脲酶活性之间有显著的正相关性;真菌数量与脲酶酶活性之间的相关性为极显著。在KNO3下,细菌数量与过氧化氢酶、放线菌数与蔗糖酶活性之间有极显著的正相关性。施加NH4NO3下,真菌数量与放线菌数量之间有极显著的正相关性;细菌数量与脲酶活性之间的正相关性显著;放线菌和真菌数量分别与过氧化氢酶和蔗糖酶活性之间有极显著的正相关性。 With exerted different nitrogen larix gmelinii forest humus layer in Great Khingan as the research object, the correlation relations between the quantity of microbial and enzyme activity was analyzed.The results showed that: by inputting NH4 CI, there were very significant positive correlation between the number of bacteria and the invertase activity, the number of actinomyces and urease activity; the number of fungi had significant positive correlation with the activity of urease. With KNO3 applying, there were very significant positive correlation between the quantity of bacteria and catalase activity, and the number of actinomyces and invertase activity. By inputting NH4NO3, the number of fungi showed significantly positive correlation with the quantity of actinomyces; the number of bacteria had significantly positive correlation with the urease activity; the quantity of actinomyces and fungi had very significant positive correlation between catalase activity and invertase activity, respectively.
