探析儿科不合理用药现状及合理用药原则

Investigation of current irrational drug use situation and rational drug use principle in Pediatrics

合理用药是现代医学必须遵守的一个最基本原则,现代药物机制的复杂性及疾病的多样性要求医生在诊疗过程中要仔细研究病情,科学合理用药。经过长期的发展,现代医学对疾病的认识以及治疗,建立了一套相对完善的理论体系,特别是在治疗对象上的细分,这为治疗的具体实施提供了便利。儿科作为一个重要的医学分支,在用药上有自己独特的特点,儿科的合理用药体现在给药过程的每一个环节(科学选择药物,合理使用药物及正确的剂量、用法等)。由于种种原因,实际诊疗过程中儿科用药存在一些不合理情况,不利于患儿疾病的康复。临床药师、医生应谨遵儿科用药特点及药物使用原则纠正这些不合理现象。

Rational drug use is the basic principle for modern medicine. The complexity of modern medicine mechanism and the diversity of disease require the doctors＇ carefulness for disease condition and rational usage of drug. After a long period of development, modern medicine has established a complete theoretical system for understanding and treatment of disease, especially for the detailed partition of treatment subjects. This system provides profit for specific implement in treatment. As an important medical branch, pediatrics contains special characteristics in drug use. The rational drug use in pediatrics is showed in every steps of medication（scientific drug choice, rational usage, correct dose and method of drug）. Due to various reasons, there are some irrational situations in practical drug use in pediatrics, and that is not beneficial for children＇s rehabilitation. Clinical pharmacists and doctors ought to correct these irrational situations by strictly following the characteristics and principle of drug use in pediatrics.
