摘要
目的探讨全程健康教育模式在糖尿病患者管理中的作用。方法随机选择并回顾性分析进行糖尿病管理的270例患者,其中198例自愿接受全程健康教育为研究组,另72例不配合接受全程健康教育为对照组。对比管理前后患者血糖控制情况、遵医率等指标。结果全程健康教育后研究组血糖控制、遵医率优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论糖尿病全程健康教育明显降低患者疾病发作,改善健康状况,明显提高遵医率,可以作为临床治疗的辅助治疗手段。
Objective To investigate the function of whole course health education model in management of diabetes mellitus patients. Methods A total of 270 patients in diabetes mellitus management were randomly chosen for retrospective analysis. There were 198 cases, who voluntarily received whole course health education, as the research group. The other 72 cases were taken as control group without cooperation of whole course health education. Conditions of blood glucose control and prescription obedience rates were compared before and after management. Results After the health education, the research group had better control of blood glucose and prescription obedience rate than the control group, and the difference had statistical significance(P〈0.05). Conclusion The whole course health education for diabetes mellitus can remarkably reduce disease attack, and improve health state and prescription obedience rate. It can be used as an adjuvant therapy measure in clinical treatment.
