摘要
以钛酸四丁酯为钛源,硝酸铁为铁源,尿素为氮源,采用溶胶-凝胶法合成了纳米级Ti O2、Fe/N-Ti O2。在此基础上,采用原位氧化法,用PANI对纳米级Ti O2、Fe/N-Ti O2进一步修饰改性,提高其光催化活性,并与商业化的P25一起用于降解甲基橙模拟有机废水的研究。结果表明,PANI修饰协同Fe、N元素掺杂能大幅度地提高二氧化钛的光催化活性,表现出良好的协同效应,使得模拟废水的降解率达80%以上。
Nano-TiO2 and Fe/N-TiO2 are prepared by sol-gel method with tetrabutyl titanate as the titanium source, ferric nitrate as iron source and urea as nitrogen source. In order to enhance its photocataiytic activity ,the nano-TiO: and Fe/N-TiO2 are modified by in situ oxidation with PANI. The modified nano-TiO2 and Fe/N-TiO2 are used to degrade the ethyl orange simulated wastewater in combination with the commercial P25 TiO2 photocatalyst. The results show that TiO2 doped with Fe and N and modified by PANI shows the improved the photocatalytic activity. Their excellent synergy makes the simulated wastewater degradation rate as high as 80%.
