Determination of Multi-element in Mineral Nutrition Salt Licks with ICP-OES

为简便而准确测定矿物质营养舔砖中的常量元素、微量元素及重金属等有害元素,文章采用电感耦合等离子发射光谱法(ICP-OES)对舔砖中的Ca、P、Mg、Co、Cu、Zn、Mn、Se、Pb、As、Cr等元素进行了测定。首先确定了适当的样品处理方法,无需繁琐的灼烧破坏及微波消解,适用范围广。调整了仪器的最佳工作参数,选择了合适的特征谱线,可多元素同时高效检测,操作简便,分析精度高。

A simple and accurate method has been proposed for determination of major elements,trace elements and heavy metals. Such as Ca、P、Mg、Co、Cu、Zn、Mn、Se、Pb、As、Cr、etc in mineral nutrition salt licks were measured by ICP- OES. Firstly,sample processing method was suitable to be established,which does not need the cumbersome ashing damage and microwave digestion. In addition,the optimum working parameters of the ICP- OES is adjusted by selecting appropriate characteristic line. A variety of elements in salt brick can be measured simply,precisely and efficiently with this method.
