摘要
文章提出TCS降补固态软起动系统的理论基础及原理,利用降压器与无功发生器相结合的方式,有效控制了大型电动机起动时电网电压的波动,并且降低了电动机的起动电流。而后通过系统参数计算及元器件选型,最后通过装置试运行时监测记录的起动过程中的关键数据,验证TCS降补固态软起动装置的实用性。
The theory background of the TCS step- down transformer and compensation condenser solid- state device was put forward. The transformer and compensation was combined,which controlled the fluctuation of the network voltage effectively when motor started. Moreover,it reduced the motor's electric current when it started. Then through the system parameters and the components were selected. Finally,it verified the reliability of the device with monitoring its trial running performance and data measurement.
