摘要
云峰分公司硝铵厂20万t/a MPA装置热风炉原为砖混结构,靠燃烧原煤产生热空气干燥产品,换热效率低,运行周期短、卫生较差。2014-08改用两台翅片式换热器,提高了换热效果,取得了很好的经济效益和社会效益。
The 200 000 t/a MAP device blast originally was the brick and concrete structure in Yunfeng ammonium nitrate plant,which produced hot air to dry product from burning coal. It had lower heat transfer efficiency and operation cycle was short,which had poor health,too. Two finned heat exchangers were used to instead of the old ones to improve the heat transfer efficiency and achieved good economic and social benefits.
