基于全寿命周期成本的电力系统经济性评估

摘要 当前的电力系统发展中出现了很多经济性的问题,尤其是在进行评估的过程中,只注重长期而忽视短期的投资不足,影响电力企业的发展。根据现状,本文建立起一个针对电力系统三维全寿命的周期成本模型,对不同系统、不同环境的费用进行分解。同时提出了相应的策略对系统的经济型做出评价,包括不同设备周期成本的折算、设备运行时间的分阶计算等。
