摘要
通过向HSLA钢焊条熔敷金属过渡适量的Ti-B、Ti-B-Zr、Ti-Zr-Ce和Ti-Zr微量元素,研究这些合金元素对焊缝强度、冲击韧性尤其是低温冲击韧性的影响。结果表明,HSLA钢焊条熔敷金属的低温韧性与针状铁素体含量有明显的对应关系,低温韧性随针状铁素体含量增加而提高。通过向熔敷金属中过渡一定含量的Zr和Ce元素,可以有效促进针状铁素体的形成,从而提高熔敷金属的冲击韧性。
By adding the dements Ti-B,Ti-B-Zr,Ti-Zr-Ce and Ti-Zr into the deposited metal, the influences of these elements on the strength and toughness, especially on the low temperature toughness were researched. The results show that, with the change of acicular ferrite content, the toughness of the deposited metal changes, the low temperature toughness increases with the increase of acicular ferrite. The experiment shows that the proper amount Zr and Ce added in deposited metal can increase the ratio of acicular ferrite, enhance the low temperature toughness.
