摘要
利用Solid Works软件对63MN液压式螺旋压力机机架进行三维建模和有限元分析,获得了机架结构中应力应变和位移分布规律。通过Solid Works的优化功能对拉杆进行了优化设计。结果是:当拉杆直径增加16.3%,变形下降58.8%,安全系数增加18.5%。结果能为大型锻压设备的结构分析和优化提供参考。
The 3D model and finite elenent of 63MN hydraulic screw press .t^ame was established and analyzed by using SolidWorks software. The distributions of stress, strain and displacement in the frame structure were obtained. The optimal design of tension bolt was conducted by optimization function of SolidWorks. The result is that when the rod diameter increases by16.3%, the deformation decreases by 58.8%, and the safety factor increases by 18.5%. The result can provide a reference for structural analysis and optimization of large forging equipment.
