摘要
该项研究在真空炉中进行。分析了转子产品在生产过程中钢和铜合金零件扩散焊存在的问题,列出主要原因后采取相应工艺措施,提高了产品的合格率,并摸索出了不合格品的返修工艺。
The research was carded out in vacuum furnace. The steel and copper alloy parts diffusion welding problems in in the production process of rotor were analyzed. Some corresponding measures were taken to increase the rate of qualified products atter listing the main reason, and then the repair process for nonconforming products were found out.
