摘要
板件电磁焊接过程中洛仑兹力的分布不均匀导致了焊接接头部位板件的变形不均匀,在一定程度上影响了焊接质量。本文利用电磁焊接技术对两块1 mm厚的1系铝板进行了焊接试验,同时利用电磁场仿真软件对焊接过程中板件所受洛仑兹力进行了三维仿真研究。流过集磁器内电流的仿真结果与试验结果于首个波峰位置误差在3.45%以内,板件表面洛仑兹力分布的仿真结果与试验中所发现的板件焊接区域表面变形现象一致。通过对比被焊板件表面特征区域所受垂向洛伦兹力的大小,发现不同区域范围板件所受垂向洛伦兹力呈现不同的分布规律,该区域范围主要由被焊板件内所产生的感应涡流分布所决定。
The inhomogeneous distribution of Lorenz force leads to the inhomogeneous deformation of the welding area during the electromagnetic welding progress of plates, to some extent, the influence on the welding quality, two aluminum plates of lmm thickness were welded by using electromagnetic welding technology, and the 3D simulation analysis of the Lorenz force on the welded plate was done by using the electromagnetic simulation software. The peak error of the current through the coil between simulation result and test result was within 3.45%, the simulation result of the Lorenz force distribution on the surface of plate is consistent with the test results of the deformation pattern on the welded area of plate. By comparing the vertical Lorenz force on the selected regions of the welded plate, it was found that the distribution rules of the vertical Lorenz force are different in each region, and the region scope is mainly determined by the induced current in the welded plate.
