摘要
针对30 mm厚的16Mn DR钢板分别进行了手工焊、气保焊、埋弧焊,制定了不同的焊接工艺,采用蔡司显微镜对其焊缝进行了显微组织观察,并进行了力学性能测试。结果显示,三种焊接方法焊后的焊缝组织均匀,无气孔、裂纹等缺陷,焊缝的屈服强度达到与母材相当的程度,弯曲实验合格,低温冲击韧性好。
Low-temperature steel 16MnDR 30mm thicked was welded in different welding technology by SMAW, MAG and SAW. The microstructure of the welded joint was observed by ZEISS microscope and the mechanical property was tested. The results show the uniform weld microstructure and no pore and crack. The yield strength is in accordance with base metal. The bending test is qualified and the impact toughness at low temperature is good.
