摘要
通过对不同力学性能的ZL211铝合金试样进行磨损测试,研究了摩擦系数随时间和温度的变化。对该合金试样磨损表面的剥落坑和支起的磨粒磨损表面进行SEM和EDS分析后,发现ZL211铸造铝合金在磨损过程中相继发生了粘着磨损和磨粒磨损。
The wear tests of ZL211 aluminum alloy samples with different mechanical properties were conducted. The change of friction coefficient with time and temperature was studied. Aimig at the worn surface peel and pit of the surface of the abrasive wear of the alloy specimens, the SEM and EDS analysis were carried out, it could be found that ZL211 cast aluminum alloy during wear generates adhesive wear and abrasive wear.
