摘要
利用Thermecmastor-Z热模拟机进行双道次压缩试验,研究了含Nb微合金钢Q345E在不同变形温度和道次间隙时间内的静态再结晶(SRX)行为。结果表面:不同变形温度下静态再结晶软化分数呈典型的S型曲线,符合Avrami规律。当变形温度较低时,静态再结晶进行较慢,完成的时间较长;在高变形温度条件下,静态再结晶进行较快,完成的时间较短。通过回归法计算的Avrami指数n平均值为0.94,预测的软化分数和测量的软化分数较吻合。
The static recrystallization behaviors of Nb-microalloyed steel Q345 E were investigated on thermecmastor-Z hot simulator at different deformation temperature and interpass time by double-hit compression tests.The experimental results show that typical S-type curves are observed at different deformation temperatures, indicating the curves obey Avrami's law.As expected, little softening occurs when the unloading time is short. it is also found that SRX occurs quickly and the softening attains large fraction at very short time and higher deformation temperature. The Avrami exponent n is 0.94 by regression analysis. The softening fraction predicted by the model agrees well with the experimental results.
