摘要
在脂润滑条件下,研究了不同载荷、时间和温度下35Gr Mo试块对GCr15/35Gr Mo摩擦副摩擦磨损性能的影响。结合游梁式抽油机35Gr Mo支撑轴与无内圈滚针轴承的接触工况,分析了载荷对该摩擦副磨损的机理,利用扫描电镜分析了试块磨损后的表面形貌。结果表明:随时间延长,摩擦系数趋于平稳,温度越高,摩擦系数越来越大,载荷在180~205 N时摩擦系数与载荷大小成反比;当超过205 N时,摩擦系数突然增大。这说明存在一个最佳载荷区,在此范围内摩擦系数和磨损率均相对较小。
Under grease lubrication conditions, different loads, time and temperature, the effects of 35 Gr Mo test block on the friction and wear properties of GCr15/35 Gr Mo were studied. Combined beam pumping unit 35 Gr Mo support shaft and needle roller bearings without inner ring contact condition, the load of friction wear mechanism was analyzed by using SEM analysis of test block wear surface morphology. The results show that:with the time increasing, the friction coefficient tends to be stable, the higher the temperature, the higher the friction coefficient. The load on the friction coefficient of 180-205 N is inversely proportional to the load, but when the load exceeds 205 N, the coefficient of friction increases suddenly, which indicates the existence of optimal load zone. The friction coefficient and wear rate is relatively small in the range.
