摘要
采用电弧喷技术在Q345钢表面制备了铝涂层,对试样进行了拉伸和弯曲实验,并利用光学显微镜、扫描电镜、能谱分析方法对涂层微观组织进行了分析。研究结果表明:Q345钢与铝涂层之间没有贯穿的气孔和裂纹,结合强度为22.18 MPa,气孔率为2.9%,电弧喷涂涂层完全可以胜任保护层。
Al coating was sprayed by arc spraying on Q345 steel surface, the stretching and bending experiments on the samples were performed, and the coating microstructure was analyzed using OM, SEM and energy spectrum analysis method.The results show that there are no pores and cracks between Q345 and Al coating. The bonding strength is 22.18 MPa, the porosity is 2.9%, and the Al coating on Q345 steel surface is fully capable of protective layer.
