摘要
采用DIL402热膨胀仪、OM和XRD研究了TC21合金在β单相区固溶处理后,不同的冷却速度对组织结构和性能的影响。结果表明:随冷却速度的增加,α片层厚度逐渐减小,α集束的形态也发生了变化,不同晶粒内的显微组织越来越不均匀;实验采用的冷却速度不能改变相组成,能改变α相和β相的相对含量。随冷却速度的增加,TC21合金的显微硬度先上升后下降。
The effects of cooling rate after solution treatment in β phase zone on microstructure and mechanical properties of TC21 titanium alloy were investigated by means of DIL402 dilatometer, OM and XRD. The results show that with the increase of cooling rate, the thickness of plate-like α phase of TC21 titanium alloy decreases and the colony morphology of α phase has changed gradually. And the uniformity of the optical microstructure in different original β grains decreases with cooling rate increasing. The cooling rate can't change phase structure of TC21 alloy in this experiment, but the relative content of α phase and β phase are changed. As well as the microhardness of TC21 alloy increases first, then decreases with the increase of cooling rate.
