摘要 采用不同温度对新型模具钢进行回火处理,分析了回火温度对模具钢组织、显微硬度、冲击韧度和磨损量的影响。结果表明,回火温度较低时,模具钢组织主要为回火马氏体,细小碳化物呈弥散分布;随回火温度升高,回火马氏体逐渐退化,碳化物数量增多。模具钢硬度在570℃回火时达到峰值52 HRC。随回火温度升高,模具钢冲击韧度增加。模具钢经570℃回火后磨损量最少,磨损速率越低。 The new type of steel was tempered by adopting different temperatures. The effects of tempering temperatures on microstructure, microhardness, impact toughness and the amount of wear loss of the die steel were analyzed. The results show that when the tempering temperature is lower, die steel group is mainly tempered martensite, and tiny carbide is distributed in dispersion; Tempered martensite is degraded with the increase of tempering temperature, and carbide quantity increases. At 570 ℃, the hardness of the die steel obtains the maximum value of 52 HRC. With the increase of tempering temperature, the impact toughness of steel increases. After tempering at 570℃, the wear loss of die steel is minimum, and the wear rate is lower.
