稠油蒸汽吞吐转蒸汽驱参数优化正交数值试验 被引量:7

摘要 蒸汽吞吐后转蒸汽驱是常见的稠油热采开采方式,其开发效果受注汽温度、井底蒸汽干度、注汽速度、采注比、生产井井底流压、转驱时机等参数的综合影响,采用常规的单因素优化设计方法对于多参数问题存在明显的缺陷。本文以渤海某稠油油田典型数据为基础建立数模模型,采用正交设计确定各种参数的取值,利用正交表得到少量的组合方案,对方案进行数值试验。综合考虑技术和经济因素,定义累计油汽比和采出程度等作为开采效果的评价指标,并采用直观分析方法确定最优的参数组合。同时利用方差分析法得到影响蒸汽吞吐转蒸汽驱开发效果的显著性排序从大到小依次为:转驱时机>采注比>井底注汽温度>井底注汽干度>注汽速度>生产井井底流压。正交数值试验结果可为现场蒸汽吞吐转蒸汽驱的参数优化提供理论指导。 Steam huff and puff turning to steam flooding is the common thermal recovery method of heavy oil reservoir. The parameters such as steam injection temperature, steam quality in bottom hole, steam injection rate, production factor, bottom hole flowing pressure(BHFP) of production well, turning time of steam flooding may influence development effects. The conventional single factor optimization design method has obvious faults to solve multiparameter problem. Based on typical data of heavy oilfield of Bohai,this paper established numerical model, adopted orthogonal design to determine the various parameter values, carried out numerical test for scheme. Considering technical and economic factors, the cumulative oil and steam ratio and the degree of reserve recovery were defined as evaluation indexes of recovery effects. Intuitive analysis method was adopted to determine the optimal parameter combination. Using variance analysis method to get the influencing degree of parameters, their order is turning to time of steam flooding, production factor, steam injection temperature, steam quality in bottom hole, steam injection rate, BHFP of production well. The results of orthogonal numerical experiment can provide theoretical guidance for parameters optimization of steam huff and puff turning to steam flooding.
