侵入式点阵射频在皮肤年轻化治疗中的应用:40例临床观察报告 被引量:4

摘要 目的 观察侵入式点阵射频在皮肤年轻化治疗中的应用效果和安全性.方法 对40例皮肤老化的患者采用侵入式点阵射频治疗仪进行单次治疗,在治疗前后对患者的面部皱纹和唇沟纹进行评分,并对患者的满意度进行调查.分年龄组将所得评分进行统计学分析.结果 患者治疗后,面部皮肤有明显的改善,如细腻、光滑、白皙、色素斑变淡等.采用自身配对t检验法分析治疗前后40例患者面部皱纹和唇沟纹的评分,差异具有显著的统计学意义(P<0.01).患者对肤质满意度评分显著升高.结论 侵入式点阵射频治疗仪是一种安全、有效、微创的皮肤年轻化治疗方法,具有很好的临床应用前景. Objective To explore the effect and salty of invasive fractional radio frequency on the facial rejuvenation. Methods Forty cases with aged skin were therapied with invasive fractional RF by Bodytite flat for just once. The extent of facial wrinkles and nasolabial groove were scored before and after the therapies and the patients' satisfaction was also carried out. The scores in different age groups were performed analyze statisti- cally. Results All cases were satisfied with delicate, smooth and pure white skin, weakened color spot and reduced wrinkle after therapies. There is a significant difference between the values assessed before and after the therapies ( P 〈 0.01 ), which tested by self paired t test. Conclusion The invasive fractional radio fre- quency is an effective therapy in rejuvenation with a good clinic prospect.
