经桡动脉入径在急诊经皮冠状动脉介入治疗中的应用 被引量:7

摘要 急性心肌梗死为心内科常见急重症,除药物治疗外,再灌注治疗成为降低心肌梗死并发症发生率及病死率的主要手段[1-2]。由于股动脉内径相对较大,不易痉挛,操作方便且穿刺成功率高,术中器械更换方便,且可以置入较为粗大的鞘管以保证手术成功率,为医院导管室最为常用的入径[3]。
