成年人双眼发病的不对称性卵黄样黄斑营养不良一例
摘要
患者男性，51岁。左眼视物变形5年。既往高血压史近5年，否认糖尿病史和家族史。视力：右眼0．7，左眼0．05；眼压：右眼8．8mmHg，左眼8．4mmHg。双眼前节未见明显异常。玻璃体正常。眼底：右眼黄斑区视网膜深层有一卵圆形病灶，边界较分明，约1．5PD，外观呈典型蛋黄样改变。视乳头、周边部视网膜及血管无明显异常。左眼黄斑病变区渗出、
