以多发弥漫性牙周脓肿为表现的二膦酸盐相关颌骨坏死一例 被引量：6

摘要 二膦酸盐类药物是20世纪80年代开发的一类骨吸收抑制剂,目前已广泛用于预防和治疗由破骨细胞活性增强所致的骨质疏松症、代谢性骨病、多发性骨髓瘤、高钙血症以及与肿瘤骨转移相关的骨骼疾病.近年来,国外关于二膦酸盐类药物致颌骨坏死（bisphosphonate-related osteonecrosis of the jaw,BRONJ）的报道越来越多,BRONJ在国际上已引起越来越多的关注[1].BRONJ主要临床表现为颌骨坏死并暴露.山东大学口腔医学院牙周科收治的1例BRONJ患者除有颌骨坏死表现外,还表现为下前牙区反复多发性牙周脓肿,极易与牙周炎导致的牙周脓肿混淆,但两者的治疗原则有重大差别,在临床上应加以鉴别,现报道如下.
