就业能力视阈下高职思想政治教育改革路径探究

Exploration on the Reform Path for Higher Vocational Ideological and Political Education in the Perspective of Employment Ability

在加快发展高等职业教育的今天,"能力本位"人才培养模式必然对高职院校思想政治教育提出新的要求。然而,目前高职院校思想政治教育处于两难境地并存在诸多问题。为此,应更新观念,改革课堂教学,增加课内实践教学环节,培养高职生就业能力;探索课内外实践教学统筹运作模式,实现大学生的全面发展;借鉴项目化教学理念,重新整合高职教学内容体系;改革学生考核评价体系,让学生真正重视素质和能力的培养。

With the rapid development of higher vocational education, higher vocational colleges have adopted a ＂ability-oriented＂ talent cultivation mode, which raises new requirement for their ideological and political education, while there exist many problems in the ideological and political education of higher vocational colleges, creating a dilemma situation. To deal with these problems, we should update our ideas, reform the classroom teaching, add in-class practice teaching content to cultivate students＇ employment ability; explore a mode of coordinating in-class and out-of-class practice teaching so as to realize students＇ overall development; re-integrate higher vocational teaching system with the reference of project teaching idea; reform the exam and assessment system to urge the students to pay more attention to the cultivation of quality and ability.
