基于VBSE视阙的“岗证学”、“教学做”一体化会计专业人才培养模式的思考——以安徽商贸职业技术学院为例

Thought on the Talent Cultivation Mode of "Post-Certificate-Learning” Integration and "Teaching-Learning-Practicing" Integration for Accounting Major based on a VBSE Perspective: Taking Anhui Business College as an Example

人才培养模式的改革与创新是提升人才培养质量的根本途径。以安徽商贸职业技术学院(国家骨干院校)为例,从虚拟社会商业环境(VBSE)视角分析了"岗证学""教学做"会计专业人才培养模式,并指出该人才培养模式在实施中应注意的问题,旨在推进工学结合会计专业人才培养模式的改革与创新。

The reform and innovation of the talent cultivation mode is the fundamental way to improve the talent cultivation quality. Taking Anhui Business College（a ＂National Key College＂） as an example, this paper analyzes the talent cultivation mode of ＂Post-Certificate-Learning＂ integration and ＂Teaching-Learning-Practicing＂ integration for accounting major based on a VBSE（virtual society business environment） perspective, pointing out some problems for attention in implementing the talent cultivation mode, aiming at promoting the reform and innovation on the talent cultivation mode of combining learning and working in accounting major.
