北京2008-2009年成人急性胃肠炎病例中札如病毒的检测和分型 被引量:11

Detection and typing assay of sapovirus in adults with acute gastroenteritis from 2008 to 2009 in Beijing

摘要 目的 了解北京地区2008-2009年成人急性胃肠炎病例中札如病毒的分子流行病学特征.方法 收集2008年8月至2009年7月519例14岁以上急性胃肠炎门诊病例粪便标本和流行病学资料,利用RT-PCR方法检测札如病毒,测定所有阳性毒株序列并进行系统进化分析.结果 札如病毒的检出率为3.7%(19/519),主要在20 -39岁年龄组中检出,5月检出率最高,系统进化分析表明GⅣ札如病毒为主要毒株,其他基因型包括GⅠ.2和GⅡ.3型.结论 札如病毒是北京地区成人急性胃肠炎的病原之一,GⅣ基因型是主要流行型别. Objective To investigate the molecular epidemiologic characteristics and genotypes of sapovirus in adults with acute gastroenteritis in Beijing from 2008 to 2009.Methods 519 stool specimens and epidemiological data from outpatient with acute gastroenteritis were collected.Sapovirus was detected by reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR).All sapovirus strains were sequenced and the tree was conducted by using the phylogenetic analyses.Results Sapovirus was detected in 19out of 519 (3.7%) specimens.Sapovirus predominantly infected adults in age group 20-39 and the season peak of norovirus occurred in January 2009.Phylogenetic analysis showed that the predominant strain was GⅣ sapovirus and GⅡ.2 and GⅡ.3 was also detected.Conclusion Sapovirus was one of the pathogens causing acute gastroenteritis from 2008 to 2009 in Beijing.GⅣ sapovirus was the predominant strain.
