摘要
激光刻痕可以细化取向硅钢的磁畴,降低铁损,但经过应力退火后降低效果消失,即不具备耐热性。利用飞秒激光加工系统对取向硅钢进行刻痕加工,利用化学腐蚀的方法,结果表明化学腐蚀方法使得硅钢铁损降低具有耐热性。利用硝酸和盐酸溶液进行试验,结果表明利用盐酸对紫外飞秒激光处理的取向硅钢腐蚀,在不明显降低取向硅钢质量的前提下,可以有效提高铁损降低的耐热性。
Laser scribing can refine the domain of grain oriented silicon steel and decrease its iron loss,but the effect disappeared after stress annealing,that is to say it doesn't have heatproof properties.In this paper,Femtosecond laser system has been used on grain oriented silicon for scribing process,and using chemical corrosion,the result shows that chemical corrosion can make the iron loss decrease has heatproof property.Use nitric acid and hydrochloric acid,the result shows that use nitric acid etch on the grain oriented silicon processed by UV Femtosecond laser,without significantly reducing the mass of grain oriented silicon,can improve the heatproof property of iron loss.
