一种垂直下拉式热型连铸机的性能测试

摘要 自行研制了一台垂直下拉式热型连铸机。通过对工业纯铝、工业纯锌等进行拉铸工艺试验,测试了该设备的炉内纵向温度场、电机特性等性能。结果表明,该设备温度控制精度高,炉内温度场分布合理,炉温控制的测温点能够反映加热区等温温段的温度;拉铸速度稳定性好,在本装置的工作条件下没有机械爬行现象。 A downward Ohno Continuous Casting (OCC) equipment was manufactured, and by carrying out Ohno continuous casting tests for industrial pure aluminum and industrial pure zinc, the characteristics of the equipment were tested, which includes longitudinal temperature field inside the furnace and thermoregulation motor characteristics, etc. The test results show that the equipment has high accuracy of temperature control and logical distributing of temperature field inside the furnace, and the temperature sensing locations controlled by furnace temperature can reflect the temperature of isothermal section. The equipment has steadiness of casting velocity, without mechanical creep under device conditions.
