摘要
板料渐进成形技术是一种新型的钣金零件柔性制造技术,点压渐进成形相较于普通渐进成形,可以在一定程度上改善产品加工质量。通过数值模拟,对比了普通渐进成形和点压成形中板料的厚度变化、应变及成形过程中局部应力状态,分析了渐进成形中板料的变形方式和板料不同位置变形特征。该研究能指导点压渐进成形工艺的合理设计,以保证渐进成形的顺利进行。
Incremental sheet forming is a new type of flexible manufacturing technology for sheet metal parts. Compared with ordinary incremental forming, pressure point incremental forming can improve product quality to a certain extent. Thickness variation, sWain and local stress state of the sheet in the ordinary and pressure point incremental forming were compared by numerical simulation. The deformation mode and the deformation characteristics of different positions for sheet metal were analyzed in the incremental forming. It can guide rational design of pressure point incremental forming process to ensure the smooth progress of the incremental forming.
