摘要
通过拉伸、弯曲和硬度等试验以及显微组织分析,对不同焊接热输入和不同预热温度下A7N01P-T4铝合金焊接接头的组织与性能进行了研究。结果表明:当焊接热输入增加和预热温度降低时,接头的抗拉强度有所提高,所有试样均在焊缝处断裂且接头的抗拉强度均满足相关标准要求。除小焊接热输入以外的不同焊接热输入和不同预热温度下的焊接接头均具有良好的弯曲性能。焊缝处硬度最低,接头均无软化现象。接头各区域的显微组织也没有明显变化。
The microstructure and properties of A7N01 P-T4 aluminum alloy welded joints under different welding heat input and preheating temperature were studied by tensile tests, bending tests, hardness tests and microstrucres analysis. The results show that during the tensile test, all the specimens are broken at the welded zone. The tensile strength increases when the welding heat input increases and preheating temperature decreases. All the tensile strength can satisfy the standard. All the welded joints under different welding heat input and preheating temperature have good bending performance except low welding heat input. The welded zone of welded joints under different welding process has the lowest hardness, but no welded joints show obviously significant softening phenomenon. The microstructure in each zone of all the welded joints changes little.
