摘要
对失效铜合金定位线夹取样,用光学显微镜和扫描电子显微镜分析了定位线夹失效部位金相组织及断口形貌特征,得出了定位线夹失效的原因。它能为改进生产工艺提供依据。
The copper alloy positioning clamp of failure was sampled. The microstructure and fracture morphologies of the failure position of positioning clamp were analyzed by using optical microscope and scanning electron microscope. The failure reasons for positioning clamp were obtained, which provide a basis for improving production process.
