摘要
目的:观察卵泡刺激素(FSH)及其受体(FSHR)在大鼠肝中免疫组织化学定位,为FSH能否参与肝代谢功能的调节提供形态学依据.方法:应用免疫荧光组织化学显色,在激光扫描共焦显微镜下观察FSH在大鼠肝脏中的分布结果.结果:FSH和FSHR免疫反应阳性物质分布在大鼠肝细胞的细胞质,不同部位的肝细胞FSH及其受体免疫反应强度存在差别.结论:FSH及其受体存在于大鼠肝部分细胞中,不同部位的肝细胞对FSH受体表达水平存在差异.肝中的部分细胞共同存在FSH及其受体,FSH可能通过旁分泌或自分泌的途径对肝功能起调节作用.
Objective: To observe follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH) and its receptor (FSHR) immunohis-tochemical localization in rat livers so as to provide morphological basis for FSH function in the regulation of of liver metabolism. Methods: Immunofluorescence histochemical staining and confocal laser-scanning microscopy were conducted to detect FSH expression in rat livers. Results: FSH and FSHR positive immune reaction substances were distributed in the cytoplasm of the rat liver cells, and the nucleus were negative. There was a difference between the liver cells from different parts of the intensity of FSH and its receptors in immune response. Conclusion: Both FSH and FSHR were presented in rat liver. The common parts of the liver cells exist in FSH and its receptors. FSH may regulate the liver function through paracrine or autocrine.
