Pin1的结构与功能及其对干细胞的调控

摘要 Pin1是一种高度保守的肽基脯氨酰顺反异构酶,能够特异性地催化磷酸化的丝/苏氨酸-脯氨酸基序使其发生构象的改变,从而调节底物蛋白的功能[1].与正常组织相比,Pin1在多种肿瘤组织中明显过表达,对肿瘤的发生有着极为重要的作用,被称为肿瘤发生的催化分子[2].因此,Pin1作用机制的阐明对进一步研究不同肿瘤的病因、诊断和治疗等方面都有着重要的意义.现就Pin1结构与功能及其对干细胞的调控做一综述.
