乳腺浸润性导管癌的X线、超声及MRI表现对比分析

Comparative evaluation of mammography,ultrasonogrphy and MRI in diagnosis of infiltrating ductal carcinoma of mammary gland

目的:探讨乳腺X线摄影、超声、MRI检查及联合检查对乳腺浸润性导管癌的诊断价值。方法:回顾性分析30例经手术病理证实为乳腺浸润性导管癌患者的术前X线摄影、超声、MRI表现及联合检查与病理结果。结果:乳腺X线摄影阳性率为90.0%,准确度53.3%;超声检查阳性率为50.0%,准确度13.3%;MRI检查阳性率为100%,准确度93.3%。3种影像检查方法联合应用的阳性率为100%,准确度为96.7%。结论:乳腺浸润性导管癌的X线、超声及MRI表现各有特征性,联合检查可提高其诊断准确性。

Objective：To analyze mammography,ultrasonogrphy,MRI and joint inspection in diagnosis of infiltrating ductal carcinoma（IDC） of mammary gland. Methods：Preoperative X-rays,ultrasound,MRI and the joint inspection were compared with pathological manifestations of 30 cases IDC pathologically confirmed. Results：The positive rate of mammography was 90%,accuracy 53.3%;ultrasound positive rate was 50%,accuracy 13.3%;MRI positive rate was 100%,accuracy 93.3%. The positive rate of joint inspection was 100%,accuracy 96.7%. Conclusion：X-ray,ultrasound and MRI manifestations of IDC have their own characteristics,the joint inspection can significantly improve the diagnostic accuracy.
