摘要 目的:探讨128层CTA与冠状动脉造影(coronary angiography,CAG)对冠状动脉迂曲的诊断价值。方法:160例疑诊为冠心病的患者均行冠状动脉CTA,其中97例CTA检查前、后2周行CAG检查。对比分析2种方法对冠状动脉迂曲的检出率及对冠状动脉迂曲程度评价。结果:160例检出冠状动脉迂曲26例,CTA、CAG检出率分别为16.3%(26/160)、14.4%(14/97)。重度迂曲患者年龄较轻中度大,迂曲长度较短(P<0.05),但2组间曲段至窦口距离差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:128层CTA可清晰显示冠状动脉迂曲及评价迂曲程度,对冠状动脉迂曲的诊断有重要价值。 Objective:To explore the value of 128 slice spiral CT arteriography(CTA) and coronary angiography(CAG) in diagnosis of coronary artery tortuosity. Methods:160 patients with suspected coronary heart disease were performed coronary CTA,among them,97 cases underwent CAG before and after 2 weeks CTA examination. Comparative analysis of two methods for the detection and evaluation of coronary artery tortuosity was performed. Results:160 patients were detected with 26 cases of coronary artery tortuosity. CTA,CAG detection rate was 16.3%(26/160) and 14.4%(14/97). For the patients with mild-to-moderate tortuosity,patients with severe tortuosity had an older age,shorter tortuosity length(P 0.05),but there was no significant difference in the distance from the beginning of tortuosity to the sinus ostium(P 0.05). Conclusions:128-slice spiral CTA can clearly display coronary artery tortuosity and evaluate tortuosity level. It has an important clinical value in diagnosis.
