腹膜转移癌的影像学诊断研究进展 被引量：2

摘要 腹膜转移癌是恶性肿瘤细胞经血管、淋巴管转移至腹膜腔的最常见的继发性腹膜肿瘤,临床预后较差。目前国际通用术前腹膜癌指数来评估其转移程度,选择合适患者采用综合治疗新策略(CRS+HIPEC)可有效控制病情发展并降低死亡率,因此术前合理准确的影像学评估就尤为重要。本文综述了腹膜转移癌的影像学表现及临床常用的MSCT、DWI及PET-CT3种影像检查技术在腹膜转移癌诊断中的研究进展。
