摘要
目的探讨在白细胞滤器过滤的基础上应用尼龙棉过滤白细胞的效果,以期进一步降低经血传播疾病及发生白细胞免疫的风险。方法随机选取大连市血液中心无偿献血者中体检合格、各项生化指标筛查均合格的献血者血液样本30例。经正常白细胞滤器过滤后的红细胞悬液5 m L为对照组,再经尼龙棉吸附作为实验组,进行白细胞涂片分类检查、白细胞残留数检查和凝血因子Ⅷ的检查。结果经过尼龙棉吸附后小细胞即淋巴细胞数量明显下降(P<0.05),白细胞残留数明显下降(P<0.05),经过尼龙棉过滤后的凝血因子Ⅷ含量无显著性变化(P>0.05)。结论在使用白细胞滤器过滤的基础上加用尼龙棉过滤可减少淋巴细胞数量,改善输血效果,提高输血安全性。
Objective To study the leukocyte depletion effect of nylon cotton after using white blood cell reduction filters,in an attempt to further reduce the risk of transfusion- transmitted diseases and the immunization of white blood cells.Methods Blood samples were randomly selected from 30 unpaid blood donors,who were qualified in medical and biochemical screening from Dalian Blood Center. RBC suspension( 5 mL) filtered by leukocyte filter was used as the control group;nylon cotton absorption after leukocyte filter was used as the experimental group. The following examinations were performed: white blood cell differential using peripheral blood smear,counting of residual white blood cells and measurement of coagulation factor Ⅷ. The results were compared between the two groups. Results After adsorption of nylon cotton,the number of small cells including lymphocytes decreased( P〈0. 05),the residual white blood cells decreased( P〈0. 05),the amount of coagulation factor Ⅷ had no significant change. Conclusion It has an important significance in reducing the number of lymphocytes and improving the effect and safety of blood transfusion by using nylon cotton after white blood cells filtered.
