生物流体敷料对Ⅱ度烧伤创面的疗效观察

The effect of Biological Fluid Dressing on the second-degree burn wound

目的:观察生物流体敷料治疗烧伤创面的临床疗效。方法:选择烧伤深度基本一致,面积相近、相邻部位或对称部位的创面进行自身同体对照观察。总例数为30例,60个创面,应用生物流体敷料进行换药作试验组30例,浅Ⅱ度15例,深Ⅱ度15例;应用磺胺嘧啶银软膏进行换药为对照组30例,浅Ⅱ度15例,深Ⅱ度15例。观察记录两组病例的愈合时间、同期愈合率及疼痛程度。结果:两组药物在愈合时间和同期愈合率这两个方面上差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但在减轻疼痛方面上,生物流体辅料与磺胺嘧啶银软膏比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在烧伤创面治疗中,生物流体敷料能明显减轻患者的疼痛。

Objective To observe the effect of the treatment of Biological Fluid Dressing on the second-degree burn wound. Methods Contrast the wound healing situation of similiar burn depth, similiar size,and adjacent or symmetrical body parts on themselvs.60 wounds on 30 patients were seperated into test group and control group randomly.One wound of every patient was treated by Biological Fluid Dressing,and another one was treated by Sulfadiazine Silver Ointment.There were 15 cases of superfical second-degree burn and 15 cases of deep second-degree burn.The healing time, healing rate during the same period and the degree of pain of two groups are compared. Results There were no differences in the healing time and healing rate during the same period between two groups of drugs in superfical and deep second-degree burns（P 0.05）.But in the relief of pain,Biological Fluid Dressing was obviously better than Sulfadiazine Silver Ointment（P 0.05）. Conclusion In the treatment of burn wounds,Biological Fluid Dressing can significantly reduce the pain.
