下颌角定位截骨术的临床应用

Clinical use of mandibular angle positioning osteotomy

目的：探讨下颌角精确对称截骨的方法。方法：自2011年5月~2013年11月共进行下颌角截骨整形手术46例,采用自行设计的下颌角截骨定位器（国家发明专利,专利号：ZL2012 1 0006648.0）结合弧形定位及侧壁打孔技术进行下颌角的连续弧形截骨。结果：所有患者术中截除的骨块与术前设计基本吻合,术后下颌角及下颌下缘弧线流畅,对称性及外形良好。结论：应用下颌角截骨定位器及侧壁打孔技术能安全准确的完成口内入路下颌角弧形截骨术,能更好的保证截骨的对称性。

Objective To Investigate methods of Mandibular angle positioning osteotomy.Methods From May 2011 to November 2013,we had finished 46 cases mandibular angle osteotomy. We used bone cuting locator self-designed（National Invention Patent,Patent Number： ZL2012 1 0006648.0）combined with Arc posioning and wall holing technology to operate mandibular angle serial arched osteotomy. Results Size of bone that osteotomy during operration were matched with preoperative design.Mandibular angle and inferior margin had smooth arc postoperation,symmetry and appearance was good. Conclusion Mandibular angle serial arched osteotomy can be safty accurate finished by using bone cuting locator combined with Arc posioning and wall holing technology.Bilateral symmetry of mandible can be assured better.
