儿童双侧节段型白癜风伴线状苔藓一例

摘要 1病例资料患者,女,3岁6个月。因右足背及左侧背部、腹部先后出现白色斑片8个月（见图1a,2a）,于2013年3月16日就诊于本院皮肤科门诊。观察患儿皮损部位,沿皮神经节且呈双侧不对称分布,在WOOD灯下观察,白斑部位呈瓷白色,与正常皮肤界限清楚。仔细询问病史,观察患儿活动特点,诊断为＂节段型白癜风＂,双侧神经节段分布,右下肢伴有线状苔藓1年,生物反馈心理健康分析评分测量值30分（正常值为80~100分）。治疗经过：首先,与患儿和家属仔细交流,
