摘要
目的:探讨青少年固定正畸治疗时心理辅导及口腔护理对维护口腔健康的影响。方法:将正畸门诊接受固定矫治的120例青少年患者随机分成两组,每组各60例。对实验组患者实施个体化心理辅导和口腔护理,对照组常规进行传统口腔卫生宣教。记录两组患者在治疗前1周、治疗后2、4、6个月的菌斑指数(Plaque index,PLI)、牙龈指数(gingival index,GI)和牙釉质脱矿指数(enamel demineralization index,EDI),比较三种测量指数的变化。结果:实验组青少年患者的菌斑指数、牙龈指数(GI)和牙釉质脱矿指数(EDI)均显著低于对照组。结论:心理辅导及口腔护理措施能促进青少年固定正畸患者的口腔健康。
Objective To evaluate the effect in oral hygiene of oral nursing and psychological counseling for adolescents wearing fixed appliances. Methods 120 adolescents treated by fixed appliances were randomly assigned to 2 groups,60 cases in each group. The patients in experimental group were treated by oral nursing and individual psychological counseling, while the control group cases were accepted traditional oral hygiene education. Record and compare plaque index（PLI）、gingival index（GI） and enamel demineralization index（EDI） in orthodontic treatment one week before,2,4 and 6 months after treatment. Result The PLI,GI and EDI in experimental group were lower than the control group significantly. Conclusion Oral nursing and psychological counseling can improve the oral hygiene of adolescents wearing fixed appliances.
