超声联合X线摄影对小于2cm乳腺肿块的诊断价值 被引量:5

摘要 目的探讨超声、X线摄影及两者联合对<2 cm乳腺肿块的诊断价值。方法 147例女性乳腺肿块患者,共168个直径<2 cm的乳腺肿块,术前行超声和X线摄影,并与病理诊断比较。结果病理诊断乳腺良性病灶117个,恶性病灶51个。与X线摄影比较,超声和超声联合X线摄影对<2 cm乳腺肿块诊断敏感性和准确性均增高(均P<0.05)。超声、X线摄影和两者联合对<2 cm乳腺肿块的诊断曲线下面积分别为0.860±0.033、0.800±0.037和0.911±0.027,其中X线摄影与两者联合应用差异有统计学意义(P=0.01)。结论对<2 cm乳腺肿块的诊断,超声与X线摄影联合可以提高诊断敏感性和准确性。 Objective To determine the value of ultrasonography, mammography and combination of the two methods in diagnosis of breast lesions less than 2 cm. Methods One hundred and forty-seven female patients with 168 breast lesions less than 2 cm underwent ultrasonography and mammography before operation. And the results were compared with those of pathology. Results All breast lesions were operated and had the pathological diagnosis. There were 117 benign and51 malignant lesions. The accuracy and the sensitivity of ultrasonography and combination method were higher than those of mammography(P0.05). The area under the curve for ultrasonography, mammography and combination method was 0.860±0.033,0.800±0.037 and 0.911 ±0.027, respectively. There was significant difference between combination method and mammography(P =0.01). Conclusion Ultrasonography combined with mammography could enhance the accuracy and the sensitivity in diagnosing breast lesions less than 2 cm.
