Value of quantitative tissue velocity imaging and tissue tracking imaging in assessing cardiac function of preterm infants

摘要 目的探讨定量组织速度成像(QTVI)及组织追踪成像(TTI)评价早产儿心功能的价值。方法新生儿100例,分为足月儿组50例和早产儿组50例,均无心功能不全表现。测量其心率、血压和体质量。M型超声于左心长轴切面测量左室射血分数(LVEF),QTVI及TTI于心尖四腔心切面测量左室收缩期心肌运动峰值速度(LVVs)、右室收缩期心肌运动峰值速度(RVVs)、左室收缩期峰值位移(LVDs)、右室收缩期峰值位移(RVDs)、左室Tei指数(LV-Tei)及右室Tei指数(RV-Tei)。结果早产儿组与足月儿组的心率、LVEF差异无统计学意义。早产儿组体质量、收缩压、LVVs、RVVs、LVDs及RVDs均低于足月儿组(均P<0.05),早产儿组LV-Tei和RV-Tei高于足月儿组(P<0.05)。结论 QTVI及TTI能定量早期评价早产儿心功能变化。 Objective To assess the value of quantitative tissue velocity imaging(QTVI) and tissue tracking imaging(TTI)in evaluating cardiac function in preterm infants. Methods Fifty preterm infants and 50 term infants without heart insufficiency were studied with QTVI and TTI. From the left ventricular long axis view, the left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF) and heart rate(HR) were measured by M-mode ultrasound. From the apical four chamber view,the left ventricular peak systolic velocities(LVVs), the right ventricular peak systolic velocities(RVVs), the left ventricular peak systolic displacements(LVDs), the right ventricular peak systolic displacements(RVDs), the left ventricular Tei index(LV-Tei) and the right ventricular Tei index(RV-Tei) were measured by QTVI and TTI. Results LVEF and HR had no significant difference between two groups. The weight, LVVs, RVVs, LVDs, RVDs in preterm infants group were lower than those in term infants group(all P 0.05). LV-Tei and RV-Tei in preterm infants group were higher than those in term infants group(P 0.05). Conclusion QTVI and TTI can quantitatively assess the cardiac function in preterm infants.
